Armed and Dangerous

Hey guys

I am sure every guy out there would love to develop full, rounded and peaked biceps. Which other muscle is so easily visible and, when well built and chiseled, speaks of health and strength.

In the recent issue of HX magazine, I give Kent Hunt, owner of Steel Gym, some pointers on building great biceps.

So if you happen to see the magazine, pick one up and try out my tips to adding on size to your arms.

Thanks

And if you do come by and see me, stop and say hello.

Transformation Spotlight

Hey guys

To keep you motivated this Fall, I would like to share with you this inspirational transformation. Jason, like many, started out with the goal of reducing his body fat and toning up his muscles.

Keeping focused throughout, he maintained his diet and worked out hard for 12 weeks. At the end of this, he managed quite a remarkable improvement — going from 19% body fat to just 8%. Along with that, he dropped his body weight to 170 lb, that's 13 lb from his original weight of 183 lb .

His enthusiasm and diligence is definitely something we all can learn from. Way to go, Jason!

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Hey guys

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And in support of this, Steel Gym, the gym in NYC where I train many of my clients, is doing their part to support this effort.
If any of you are in or visiting NYC, please stop by Steel Gym and have a "Think Pink" Protein Shake. 100% of this $8 shake goes to support breast cancer research.

So drink up, muscle up and help breast cancer research in the process.

Thanks everyone
