Transformation Spotlight

Hey guys

Time for another impressive transformation. Here is a guy who started off looking pretty good. He wasn't overweight or under but he wanted more lean muscle and more definition — something many of you probably can relate to. Please meet Noah, a wonderful client and an all-round great guy. When we started out, his body fat was a decent 12%. As you can see, he did not look bad at all but was a little soft.

Training hard and watching his diet, we worked out consistently and intensely. Now, not only has he managed to lower his body fat to half of what it was — to a mere 6%, he has also gained a new hardness in his muscles as you can clearly see in his chest and abs. His arms are also bigger and much more defined. He is definitely looking much better.

You've done a great job and we are ready to take it to the next level for fuller muscles and more lean mass. Thanks for letting me share in your progress.

Black Olives

Hey guys

Black olives are a favorable food choice. A one-ounce serving of olives contains 2.5 grams of fat, 75% of which is monounsaturated. They are also a very good source of Vitamin E. Both of these can help prevent heart disease. In addition, olives also contain a variety of beneficial active phytonutrient compounds including polyphenols and flavonoids. These appear to have significant anti-inflammatory properties.

Olives are also very low in calories with a serving of 3 extra large olives containing only

If you would like to add some healthy flavor to your diet, I think you will find them a great addition. So give them a try this summer.

Thank you and God bless.

Transformation Spotlight

Hey guys

It's been a busy summer so far but I had to share this amazing transformation with you. While we are still very much a work-in-progress, the improvements he has made to his physique so far will definitely be an inspiration to all.

This is Ethan and his goal, like many, is to improve his overall health and fitness while at the same time looking and feeling better. Well, as you can clearly see, he's achieved quite a lot of that already.

Starting at a body weight of 192 lbs with a body fat of 22.4%, Ethan was not only determined and focused but was also highly committed and consistent. We worked hard together and in just 10 weeks, he's managed to lose 23 lbs and take his body fat down to only 14%. (See, I knew you would be inspired.)

As I mentioned in the beginning, this is just the start. We are now going to continue working to put on more lean muscle. Stay tuned as Ethan shows you what hard work and dedication can achieve.

Great going, Ethan! I'm really proud of how far you've come in such a short period of time.

Now, let's pack on that muscle!
