Transformation Spotlight

Hey guys

As you can probably tell, I have had a busy Spring and haven't had the chance to write much. But to get things going again, I'll like to share with you a new client who has achieved much success in just under 8 weeks.

I present to you, Tayea. Her goal was to bring her body fat down and to tone up her overall physique.

As you can see from above, she has definitely toned up. As a result of all her hard work, her body fat has dropped to just 10.5% from 21%. She has also lost a total of 17 lbs, finishing at 135 lbs from her starting weight of 152 lbs.
